Warranty Policies

Frames and Sunglasses

Our limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects in frames and sunglasses. It does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, normal wear, or mishandling. To claim a warranty, customers must:

• Notify us of the manufacturing defect within the warranty period, providing a detailed description of the issue.
• Submit a video showing the defect clearly. This is necessary for us to assess the claim and proceed with the manufacturer on your behalf. The application of the warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s confirmation of the manufacturing defect.

All Sales are Final

Please note that all sales made through Optica Al Mayor are final. Products purchased from us are not eligible for return. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchases. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty policy as detailed above.
